Refund & Returns Policy

Return of  Incorrectly Sent Products. Marma Botanica will exchange products if the returned products were received by the purchaser in damaged condition or were incorrectly sent. Such products must be returned within fifteen (3) days of receipt. Whenever possible, returned products will be replaced with undamaged products. However, when an exchange is not feasible, Marma Botanica reserves the right to issue a credit for the amount of the exchanged products.

Non Returnable Products

  •  All Personal Care items Body Care, Face Care, Healing Section Products, Hair Care, Foot Care & Herbal Teas 
  • Downloadable software products

Returns & Refunds only for Crystals and Chakra Kits are accepted within 3 days from purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not keep your purchase in humidity, under the sun and near the heat. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by OMT or Western Union within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {heal@marmabotanica.com} and send your item to the address given.
